  • Highest coating hardness values combined with extreme coating stability: production of mechanically stable coating systems without spalling.
  • No limitation in coating thickness: Our stress-free DLC layers enable significantly greater coating thicknesses than conventional PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) processes.
  • Low coating temperature TC < 90 °C: temperature-sensitive materials can also be coated.
  • Smooth surface coating & protection of microstructured surfaces: No post-processing such as brushing or polishing required. The surface contour and functionality are completely retained.
