Our solution
Our DLC coatings (2.0) reliably protect embossing dies against abrasion and adhesion. At the same time, they permanently preserve the microstructures of the engravings, from logos to fine fracture grooves. This achieves consistent tableting tool quality without having to reprocess the punches in between.
